Privacy and consent

This notice explains how i-School Consult records and uses the personal information of people who join training programmes it runs, starting with the SAWA aquaculture programme.

What we record

Your name, gender, date of birth, phone and WhatsApp numbers, email address, where you live (region, district, community), your category and role in aquaculture, an optional photo, and your signature. After training we also record how you are doing: whether you are working, running a business or studying, the name of the employer or business, and, if you choose to share it, your monthly income.

Why we record it

To register you for training, to keep in touch with you after you finish, and to report to the programme funder and manager (Agri-Impact) how many people were trained and what happened to them afterwards.

Who can see it

Authorised i-School Consult staff and the facilitators who registered you can see your record. Reports shared with Agri-Impact [confirm: individual records, or totals only] are used for programme monitoring and reporting. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

[Confirm retention period, for example for the life of the programme plus the period the funder requires.]

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to have mistakes corrected, or to withdraw your consent. Contact: [name, phone and email of the person responsible at i-School Consult].
